Prosperae – Privacy Policy
Effective date: June 10, 2026
Summary (non-binding): Prosperae is a personal finance app. Your financial data is stored locally on your device. The App does not require account registration, email/password sign-in, Google Sign-In, or Sign in with Apple. We use third-party services for anonymous authentication, subscriptions, optional analytics, optional diagnostics, and optional feedback. Analytics and crash reporting can be disabled in the App’s Privacy settings.
1. Who we are
Prosperae is developed and operated by Andres Zibula, located in Uruguay (“we”, “us”).
2. Information we collect
- Anonymous app identifiers: the App may create a random Firebase anonymous user identifier and use it as the RevenueCat App User ID to manage app functionality, subscriptions, entitlements, restore purchases, and optional feedback.
- Local financial data: financial information you enter into the App, such as transactions, accounts, budgets, bills, categories, currencies, country settings, credit cards, and statements, is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
- Subscription information: subscription status, product identifiers, entitlement status, purchase metadata, app store, and related identifiers may be processed by RevenueCat and the applicable app store. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
- Usage analytics (optional): screen views, session events, basic interactions, and subscription-related events.
- Diagnostics (optional): crash logs and performance data such as stack traces, app version, OS version, device model, and related diagnostic context.
- Feedback/support: message content, timestamp, anonymous app identifiers, and basic device/app metadata when you submit feedback from within the App. If you voluntarily include an email address or contact details in your message, we use that information only to respond to your request.
The App does not require you to provide your name, email address, password, profile photo, or bank login credentials.

4. Third-party services
- Firebase Authentication: used for anonymous authentication. It may process a random user identifier and authentication metadata. It is not used for Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, email/password login, or profile collection.
- Firebase Analytics (optional): used to understand general App usage, such as screen views, session events, and basic interaction events. It does not log your financial amounts, account names, or transaction details.
- Firestore (feedback only): used only when you submit feedback or support messages from within the App.
- Sentry (optional diagnostics): used for crash/error reporting and performance diagnostics.
- RevenueCat: used to manage subscriptions, purchases, restore purchases, and entitlement status.
- Google Play Billing and/or Apple In-App Purchases: used by the applicable app store to process purchases and subscriptions.
5. Local storage and Clear App Data
Your financial data is stored locally on your device. You can use Clear App Data in the App settings to delete local financial data, local app settings, cache, and temporary app data from your device.
Clear App Data does not cancel subscriptions, delete app store purchase history, or remove purchase records that RevenueCat or the app stores need to manage subscriptions, restore purchases, prevent fraud, or comply with legal obligations.
6. Data security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information.
All data transmitted to third-party services is encrypted in transit using industry-standard protocols.
